All Natural Frosted Amber Marble Fidget Spinner
Totally unique and one of a kind!
Very tight action marble and wood fidget spinner.
I carved this fidget to have a very tight fitting marble! It takes effort to spin it in its setting, and the wood is carved to have a firm ridge to press against your fingers as you use it which adds to the satisfaction spinning it gives.
The cool glass of the marble contrasts beautifully with the warmth of the ultra smooth wood.
This fidget spinner has a clear amber glass marble with a frosted effect that in some lights looks silver, and in others deep amber, adding to its charm.
Currently we are renovating an ancient property in the mountains of Portugal which is the source of the wood I'm using for making fidgets and fidget spinners, the wood is well over a hundred years old and probably much older.
As the wood is so old, it has buckets of character in the form of deeply imbedded smoke, knots, beetle holes and places I've pulled ancient nails (most of them hand forged) free, each and every fidget is a unique and beautiful work of art, taking as long to sand to satiny smoothness as they do to carve.
The wood is most likely heart-wood chestnut, locally grown and cut sometime in the mid to late 1800s.
