Yellow Onion Skins - 50 g

Onion skins are perfect for natural dying, creating shades between orange and yellow all the way to brown.

We collect them all year long, and it takes a very long time to gather enough to use, but onion skins are perfect, not just for long time natural dyers but for beginners as well because they are one of the most colorfast of natural materials which makes them easy to use.

You can even dye Easter Eggs with them!

The final picture shows our current range of all natural ancient-crafts materials, soot, onion skins, and oak galls.

We will be harvesting the Common Madder soon but it has to dry all the way before we can ship it so won’t be ready until Spring at the earliest.
