Fidget spinners and fidget toys help exercise tired hands and soothe tattered nerves.
Not everyone’s hand is the same size so I carved this large fidget with a decoration of raised circles on one side and a smooth curve to the other to allow for a larger hand to enjoy using it.
Then I gave it a pretty orange cat’s-eye marble to spin and twist between your fingers.
The wood is most likely eucalyptus from the turn of the nineteen hundreds, salvaged from our Portuguese rebuild project.
